About Nutritional TherapyWorking With MeConsultations and ProgrammesFunctional Testing Other Common Questions
What is nutritional therapy?
Nutritional therapy is about looking at you as a whole person, not just your symptoms. Rather than giving generic meal plans, I take time to understand your health history, lifestyle, stress, sleep and digestion so I can create a plan that truly supports your body. My aim is always to help you feel better, not just eat differently.
Do I have to go on a restrictive diet?
No. My approach is gentle, practical and realistic. While some people benefit from short-term dietary changes, my goals is never to put you on an unnecessarily restrictive plan. We focus on nourishing your body, identifying triggers where relevant, and helping you develop a balanced, sustainable way of eating and living that fits your life.
How long will it take for me to feel better?
It varies from person to person. Some people feel improvements within a few weeks, while others need more time. When we have people with complex conditions there is a lot of underlying things that may be causing a problem too. The more you have to correct the longer it will take to put right. What matters most is steady, sustainable progress.
