I imagined what it would be like to have the 'old Helen' back, bags of energy, going out for meals with friends, fitting comfortably into my jeans all day not just in the mornings, being able to get on a plane or bus without worrying about where the nearest toilet was and looking at myself in the mirror seeing clear, un-irritated skin.
I wanted her back.

I can apply a good dose of humour where appropriate, and I’ll always work with you to come up with adaptable solutions. No two people are the same, so no two diets/lifestyles should be. That’s why I won’t dictate one-size-fits-all ‘fixes’. Instead, I’ll get to know you, your needs, and the pressures in your life. Then, I’ll make recommendations that suit these and support your return to health.
