Do I need a referral from my GP?
No, you don't need a referral to work with me. If you have ongoing medical conditions, I encourage you to keep your GP informed of any additional support you're receiving.
Can I work with a nutritional therapist if I am on medication?
Absolutely. I take medications into account and ensure any recommendations are safe and supportive alongside your current treatment. I will never advise you to stop prescribed medication.
Will you be recommending supplements?
Sometimes, if they’re helpful for your situation. If I do recommend supplements, I’ll explain exactly why and how to use them. Most are temporary to help your body heal. All are checked against any medications you may be taking. For most supplements clients receive a 10% discount.
Will I get a meal plan?
Rather than rigid meal plans, I provide personalised guidance, practical strategies and recipes that suit your preferences and lifestyle.
Can you work with vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free diets?
Yes- I work with all dietary preferences and requirements.
